What does the tenant see?
Only that tenant’s assigned check-ins, submitted photos, review status, and property notices—not another tenant’s records or the landlord’s private account information.
Does AI make the final decision?
No. AI review is available only when included in the subscription. The landlord or property manager keeps final control and can approve a photo or request a redo.
What does founding access include?
The first 10 independent landlords can use the core photo check-in workflow free while helping Roykan refine it. Roykan will explain any future paid plan before founding access ends; there is no automatic charge.
Is Roykan a full property-management system?
