Is Roykan free?

Yes. Any property manager can create a free account and start using photo inspections, reminders, and photo review. No credit card, application, or invitation is needed to open a property manager account. Tenants need an invitation from their property manager.

Will I be charged later?

You will not be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription. If paid plans are introduced, you will see the pricing and choose whether to subscribe.
