These terms govern use of Roykan’s photo-verified property-care service. By using Roykan, you agree to use it lawfully and only for properties and records you are authorized to manage or submit.

Service scope

Roykan helps landlords request focused property-care photos, tenants submit them, and authorized users retain and review a dated record. Roykan is not an emergency service, professional inspection, legal opinion, code-compliance determination, or guarantee that a property is safe or damage-free.

Landlord responsibilities

Landlords and property managers are responsible for lawful tenant communications, appropriate notice and consent, accurate instructions, final review decisions, and compliance with leases and applicable law. They may not use Roykan to discriminate, harass, surveil unrelated private activity, or automatically impose charges or blame based only on a photo or AI result.

User content and access

You retain responsibility for information and photos you submit and grant Roykan permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. Keep invitation links and account access secure, and promptly report suspected misuse.

Founding access and billing

The first 10 accepted independent landlords may receive free founding access while the product is refined. Founding access does not automatically become paid. Any future paid subscription requires clear plan terms and the customer’s separate choice to start it.

Availability and changes

Founding-beta features may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Roykan may suspend access needed to protect users, data, or the service. Material paid-plan terms will be presented before purchase.
