Roykan collects only the information needed to provide account access, property check-ins, tenant invitations, photo proof, review decisions, support, and billing when a customer chooses a paid service.

Information Roykan handles

This may include account name and email, property and task details, tenant invitation information, uploaded photos and documents, submission dates, review notes, anonymous product events, and subscription status. Do not upload unrelated personal information.

How it is used

Roykan uses this information to operate and secure the service, display the correct property record to authorized users, provide support, improve the product, and administer subscriptions. Roykan does not sell property photos or tenant information.

Storage and service providers

Roykan uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, private file storage, sign-in, email, payments, and optional AI-assisted review. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Roykan.

Access and retention

Property photos are stored behind authenticated or time-limited access. Landlords control tenant access to their property workspace. Records may be retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, or legal obligations.

Your choices

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, email roykaluke@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required or to protect the service and its users.
